Along with this, the HR department can also easily post important announcements and company policies on the portal. This system could be accesses from any location within the organizational premises. This is because employees have the option of using this online facility to perform recurring functions such as requests for leaves, time off, electronic paychecks etc. These functions require lower manual intervention as compared to before.

Along with the solutions offered to an organization by a human resource management system, a major cause of concern is the security of important organizational records. In all cases, it is important to safeguard the data as well as privacy of employee records. It is important to check that the human resource management system uses a secure transmission method which protects the data when in contact with public internet.
